SiteSupra offers convenient approval workflow routine you can use to control publishing process.
The system users are spilt into Editors and Publishers. Editors have only content contribution rights
and Publishers have only supervision rights resulting in publish or decline decision for the contributed content.
In real life this means that Editor logs in to the Edit Site, adds or edits content, then requests
an approval from the Publisher. The Publisher, in his turn, receives the publishing request and approves or declines it.
The workflow-related requests and information could be found in the Workflow window.
One physical user can have both profiles. That will result in omitting the approval workflow for the user.
The user profile is detailed by website Administrator in the Access Rights window under the System menu.
