Color Editor

The Color Editor window is called up when you need to change your website's elements' colors. Most of the time it would be text, but sometimes you may need to change the background of, for example, a block, a table and other elements.

With Color Editor you can choose colors to match your design by using three main color sliders that represent Red, Green and Blue color separation standard. Also, you can define custom color by entering its HEX code. You may also save the custom color as a preset for future use.

Selecting Custom Color

To select previously defined color, make sure the Custom Colors checkbox is ticked. Select necessary color and click OK.

Defining a Color

To create your own color, make sure the Select Color checkbox is ticked. You have two options how to create a color:

  • Specify a color by entering a hexadecimal value in the value box
  • Select a color from color bars using rollers

To define a color from the bars, move the three rollers by turns until the desired color is reached. To specify a hexadecimal value, type the value in the Value box. For example, type #EEEEEE.

Saving a Color to Custom Colors

To add a color to the Custom Colors, click the Color box. The window asking for a name of the color opens. Type in the name and click OK. Your color is saved to the Custom colors.
