Adding block

Adding blocks to pages through SiteSupra Edit Site is possible only if page templates and pages are based on
Internal Layout. If External Layout is deployed the blocks should be added to the External Layout file. Contact your SiteSupra
integrator for more details. |

Adding a block to a stand-alone page
- Login to SiteSupra Edit Site.
- Open the required page for editing.
- Click
Add Block button on SiteSupra Toolbar.
- Drag and drop the block to the desired location on the page.
- Click
Add Block button on SiteSupra Toolbar.
- Save and Approve page to make the changes take effect.

If the page is template-based it's impossible to add a block to the page itself, you should add
a block to the page template. |

Adding a block to a page template
- Login to SiteSupra Edit Site.
- Open the required page template for editing.
- Follow the steps 3-6 from "Adding a block to a stand-alone page" section.

The block added to the template will appear on all pages based on the template. It's possible, however, to show the
page-template-based blocks on the pages selectively. Follow instructions below. |

Enabling page-template-based block selectively
- Login to required page template.
- Add a block, or trigger existing block' properties.
- Expand System property set. Switch block's property Visible to OFF.
- Click Apply, Save and Approve the changes.
- Open required page for editing.
- Click Edit menu, select the required block.
- Expand System property set. Switch block's property Visible to ON.
Disabling page-template-based block selectively
- Login to required page template.
- Add a block, or trigger existing block' properties.
- Expand System property set. Switch block's property Visible to ON.
- Click Apply, Save and Approve the changes.
- Open required page for editing.
- Click Edit menu, select the required block.
- Expand System property set. Switch block's property Visible to OFF.
