Most of the properties presented in the Table section are identical to the same in TD and TR sections,
with one exception: they affect the whole table.
The Border property specifies the width of the border around a table in pixels.
The CellSpacing property defines the amount of space between the table cells,
and the CellPadding property defines the amount of space within the table cells
(i.e., between the border and cell contents). The value may be given as a number of pixels.
The padding or spacing is always applied to all four sides.
