Changing User Password

Select a user form the list. Type in new user password into the Password box. Be careful when changing administratorâÀ™s password.

How to choose a secure password

  • Make password at least 7 characters in length.SiteSupra supports passwords up to 32 characters long.
  • Password should contain several uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers. Numbers must not be in the start or end of the password.
  • Password should not contain any words in original or modified form. Any information contained somewhere else (for example, your phone number) should not be contained in your password in either original or modified form.
  • Do not write down or save to your computer or PDA the password âÀ“ memorize it.
  • Do not use your password on multiple accounts.
  • Change your password at least once a month.
  • Do not give your password to anyone.
Good technique for creating password is getting first letters from some common phrase. For example, "Microsoft Word has encountered a problem and needs to close" becomes "MWheapantc", which is very secure password.
